You can download and install Greenshot from here. Once installed, start the program. It will appear in the taskbar. Right click on the Greenshot icon to open the following window.
It Quickly create screenshots of a selected region, window or fullscreen. You can even capture complete (scrolling) web pages from Internet Explorer. You can easily annotate, highlight or obfuscate parts of the screenshot.
Once you chose the desired option and take screenshot, the following window appears with various options.
You can export the screenshot in various ways: save to file, send to printer, copy to clipboard, send Office programs.
