How to change the background color in Word documents

If you spend a lot of time on MS Word document, then you may realize that its bland boring and sometimes strain to eyes looking at the black fonts in white background. Then how to change the background color.

Its fun to play with colors and in turn you also get the less strain and fun working in Word documents.

Here’s the way to change the background color of the word document with few clicks. This is applicable to Word 2007 and 2010 editions.

 

 

Open the word document and click on Page Layout tab

Click on Page Color option and select the desired color for the background.

Background color will change as per your choice. Select the suitable font color.
